BIBA 2025 was another busy week for the insurance sector, and once again Aviva returned as a primary sponsor. Taking pride of place in their central spot on the show floor, their stand remained a recognisable and distinctive hub for brokers throughout the two-day event.

Aviva’s iconic yellow was kept front and centre, complemented by bright blue accents used liberally for bold pops of colour across the design.

While the overall look remained consistent, we rethought the central tower, refreshing it for a more contemporary style. The main addition was a light timber top section, with backlit logos on every side. Complimenting the more ‘natural’ appearance, a striking living wall (created by Greening Up) brought a fresh sense of life and biophilia to the space. Greening Up also provided the planting across the stand, working to a ‘woodland edge’ theme that created a calm and inviting atmosphere.

We designed the Aviva stand for both comfort and connection. A variety of seating areas gave visitors room to settle in and talk with the Aviva team — and thanks to The Barista, great coffee was in strong supply (with the Aviva logo dusted on top of each cappuccino, of course).

The stand was buzzing from start to finish, full of conversation, networking, and flat whites. And what’s more, Aviva were awarded ‘Sustainable Exhibitor’ for a second year by event:decision – the cherry on the cake of what was already a fantastic event.
