Aviva's stand at Airmic 2026 was a repeat build of their 2025 stand, but with a fresh twist.
The space encompassed a central tower, with a seating area, and offered unique refreshments. The tower reached a 4m build height, combining a PSE subframe with a play face modular wall panel.
Below the tower, we built a bar, repurposed from Aviva’s Biba and previous Airmic trips. This bar became a coffee bar, thanks to the wonderful work of The Barista.
Beyond the coffee, there was space to create a lovely hub of seating where visitors could enjoy their drinks, surrounded by the greenery supplied by GreeningUp. This featured on the living wall, and in space-defining planters.
We were keen to offer something immersive, giving visitors a choice. That’s where the ice cream bike came into play. Standing at the front of the exhibition stand space, Aviva were able to offer their visitors a cool, refreshing treat that helped them to stand out, grabbing that hard-to-earn attention, and showing that they care for their audience, offering a place to cool off from the June heat.
Airmic is a different audience to other events Aviva attend. Targeting risk management professionals, this 12x5m exhibition stand utilises a slightly different colour palette. Sleek black, contrasted with splashes of Aviva's iconic yellow, the stand visually demonstrates Aviva’s premium corner of the risk management market.
Plus, by re-using materials from previous stands, Aviva achieved all of this premium look whilst maintaining the sustainability of the build. As a brand which focuses heavily on the real benefits of sustainability, this was an important aspect, which came up again and again during the consultative process.
