Aviva's stand at Airmic 2025 was complete with a welcome counter, DJ bar, and a coffee station, where baristas brewed coffees to mark the occasion. In this way, the stand was more than just a proud announcement of Aviva's presence at the event, but also a hub where people could have a chat over a hot drink, compare ideas and share experiences. It required full electric installation as part of the stand build, and made use of branded recyclable cup throughout the event.

The main tower of the stand opened out into a seated area, with a modular floor supplied on hire. The tower itself combined a PSE subframe with FR ply face modular wall panel, making full use of Aviva's distinctive brand palette of black and yellow. Accent lighting was used to draw attention to Aviva's logos, so that the stand was visible across the busy floor.

Meanwhile, the living wall added a splash of nature, utilising a rear wall liner, pads and a tray to separate the soil from the sturdy timber beneath. The planters were similar, and functioned as an aesthetically-pleasing way to close off the edges of the stand area, giving it a cosy, communal feel.

We were really pleased to work with Aviva on this project, and to create an an exhibition stand that was also a hub at the centre of Airmic. Such an immersive space is a wonderful backdrop to interesting conversations and great connections.
