We returned to the BIBA Conference once again with Aviva, and this year’s event turned out to be the busiest to date. With the space full of both prospective and existing broker clients, Aviva’s exhibition stand was a hive of conversation from start to finish.

The stand was hard to miss in the exhibition hall, with Aviva’s distinctive yellow branding visible from across the room. Alongside the bold main structure and hanging banner, brand elements were embedded throughout the space; from floor graphics to a custom moss wall at the centre of the bar area. Biophilia was a key feature across the stand, and the moss wall was teamed with an array of plants which have since been re-used at other events.

Aviva wanted to discuss the many ways that they are ‘here for brokers’. So, as well as designing a stand that looked impressive in a large exhibition hall, it was also important for us to create an inviting and social space. At the bar, The Barista were on tap to serve their freshly ground coffee for guests to enjoy. Then with a range of seating areas, Aviva’s team were comfortably able to welcome and network with the many brokers visiting the stand.
