Having worked with Castle Colour Packaging in 2023 and 2024, we were happy to team up with them again for Packaging Innovations and Empack in Birmingham.
The stand was a rebuild of their previous 5x3m stand, with a few small changes for the new venue.
The open, two-side stand packs succinct punch, placing Castle Colour's logo in pride of place. We made use of the contrast of black, white, and red here, to really emphasise whose stand this was. Then, on the white wall, we included black text that asserts Castle Colour's credentials: 'setting the standard of consumer packaging for over 30 years'.
For this new event, Castle Colour wanted to advertise FiberGuard, so a new addition to the rebuilt stand was the the diagonal green stripe beneath the log. With this addition, we were careful to fit a lot of information into a small space, above head height, so it was not obscured by the more interactive elements of the stand; the details stretch above floating shelves, to allow for product displays, and reach into the alcove that allows for an extra bit of depth and shelving.
The Ecovadis wall explained Castle Colour's stance on sustainability and, indeed, their achievements in that field. Therefore, another key element of this stand was their emphasis on sustainability. The general stand graphics encompassed printed eco-fabric and the counter graphic to 3mm foam utilised a latex printed vinyl application, which is reusable. Finally, much of the stand was reused from previous exhibition stands by Castle Colour: that logo which so proudly announced Castle Colour's name was itself reused from their 2024 stand, as was the square shelving display.
At events like this, sustainability is not only an important asset to have, but a neat conversation-starter, too. We wanted to help set Castle Colour off on the best foot. Discussing sustainability, showcasing expert packaging solutions and their plastic-free, multi-purpose barrier board, Castle Colour were able to engage with potential customers throughout the event, and create meaningful connections to carry forward into the rest of 2026.
