iPrism approached BIBA with the intention of highlighting this idea of ‘effortlessness’ in underwriting. For that reason, their stand needed to appear effortless, itself, and connect with visitors effortlessly. 

The stand's structure invited easy footfall, as an open 2 sided space, built to 4 metres high. It featured a platform floor with aluminium ramped edging for ease of fitting electrics beneath, and defining the space.

The primary focus of the space was on the left-hand side where we placed a countertop, in front of some floating shelves where, adorably, a regiment of merch-sporting teddy bears sat, waiting to be taken home. Souvenirs like this are always more than just a teddy bear; they serve as a reminder of a brand, long after the event has finished.

The rest of the space was taken up with a seating area, comprising of glass dining tables, and suave white chairs, in an area defined by a sprouting planter in the foreground, and a TV on the wall in the background.

All was set against a simple white backdrop, which incorporated the greens and blues of iPrism’s already sleek logo, and formed a masterclass in gentle brand activation and visual storytelling.

In all, the space did exactly as it said on the tin: it was welcoming, open, and calm, the perfect backdrop to their effortless underwriting.
