As primary sponsors of the BIBA 2026 Conference, Aviva's stand needed to hold its own in a busy hall. So, once again bringing our expertise together with Aviva's, we got to work. Our plan was to rehash last year's exhibition stand space for a new crowd, all the while maintaining consistent aspects.

Like last year, our aim was to craft a space that proudly announced Aviva's well-known presence across the crowded hall, with a huge banner in their distinctive yellow. The fact that they're so recognisable in the insurance industry meant that they could expect a lot of footfall over the course of the two-day show, so we had a vast plot to work with and to fill.

The main tower was similar to last year's, though its framing focused more specifically on Aviva's iconic yellow, with purple and blue accents along the sides. It featured a living wall, with a TV sprouting from its midst, giving it a pleasant green contrast with the yellow, and a calming, serene nod to growth and nature (Thanks to Greening Up for providing the plants!)

Beyond the primary tower, we made prime use of Aviva’s space as show sponsors, to cultivate the exhibition stand into a bustling hub. All that space meant that people could stop for coffee and a chat. For that reason, beyond the main tower of the exhibition stand, Aviva’s space was crafted into a homely, welcoming hive of activity, with tables, bars and barstools where people could connect comfortably over their fresh drinks, poured at the bar by The Barista.

Aviva's stand was a huge success, enjoying a constant flow of crowds throughout the show. And, once again, it was voted by Event: Decision as part of the top quartile of sustainably 'Responsible Exhibitor's.
