Building on the success of BFree's previous stand at the Allergy and Free From Show (AFFS), 2026's venture was a splash of colour in their corner of the NEC.

As ever, we looked to have the exhibition stand serve BFree's aims. For 2026, they wanted to offer myth-busting advice, and show off their delicious free-from foods. The stand was therefore split into two functions: a ‘foodie corner’ where they could run an interactive quiz, and a shop for sampling tasty products and selling merch.

The quiz was run via the built-in TV. Visitors were encouraged to sign-up to play via their smartphones. In this way, it was a truly immersive addition to the stand which focused on the myth-busting element, and helped BFree get an idea of engagement metrics.

Meanwhile, the shop section re-used features and materials from BFree's 2025 stand. It featured shelving and bag hooks, an awning, and a reception counter which combined modular cabinetry & custom panel & top section.

The two sections of the exhibition stand were separated by an archway, which developed a fun, immersive feel. No space was wasted, too, as the archway walls featured trust-building graphics, detailing the expert advice visitors could expect from BFree. Within that offering, QR codes were splashed inside the archway, serving the dual purpose of also helping BFree with data collection.
