2025 has been another extraordinary year for us at Image Experiential. One filled with bold creative, new challenges, and unique projects.

So in the spirit of New Year reflection, we wanted to look back at ten of the extraordinary stands we brought to life in 2025, from concept and design to final build. (In no particular order!)

  1. Aviva at BIBA

A busy exhibition stand, with 'Aviva' written at the top of it. There are lots of people in suits filling the stand and chatting.

As primary sponsors of the BIBA exhibition, Aviva's central hub is always a buzz of activity, and this year was no different. The stand saw a slight refresh, with a modernised look and a feature living plant wall on the central tower.

  1. Sinclair at Fruit Attraction and Fruit Logistica

An exhibition stand with white walls and a large blue logo that reads 'Sinclair'. The floor is wooden and there is a counter at the front with the Sinclair logo on. In the middle of the space is a print machine.

In February, we took a trip over to Berlin with Sinclair for Fruit Logistica, followed by Fruit Attraction in Madrid in October. The Sinclair stand is a classy space, made of smooth curves and a semi-enclosed meeting room.

  1. Naturediet at Crufts

An exhibition stand with people walking across and around it. The stand has a curved wooden section at the top with white letters reading 'Naturediet'.

At this year's Crufts, Naturediet took a different approach to their stand style, swapping colourful, bold illustration for a pared back and architecturally driven look. We loved the curved, exposed beams at the top.

  1. Peach at BIBA

An exhibition stand with a large navy top section, the word 'peach' and a peach icon. Underneath is slat walls, a wooden floor, counter, and a couple of small tables with orange bar stools.

New client Peach scaled up their presence at BIBA with a sleek and eye-catching stand, getting more eyes on them as specialist insurance partners.

  1. Mielle pop up at the O2

The inside of the O2 shopping venue in London. A gold staircase splits in two directions. At the bottom is a bright pink brand activation, with the word 'Mielle' written at the back. People stand inside having their photo taken.

During Usher's series of concerts at the O2, London, haircare brand Mielle popped up at the bottom of the golden staircase. The activation space stood out in its pink and gold tones, complete with a throne photo op for each of Mielle's Queens.

  1. Barenbrug at BTME

A space that looks like the inside of a golf clubhouse. Dark wooden walls, a fireplace, Chesterfield armchairs, and chequered carpet.

We returned to BTME with our friends at Barenbrug, bringing back their iconic Clubhouse exhibition stand.

  1. MS Amlin at BIBA

An exhibition stand with white walls and pops of blue and red on the graphics. At the top is a logo reading 'MS Amlin'. At the front of the stand is a cow. Men stand around it talking.

Daisy the cow made her debut appearance for MS Amlin at BIBA. The 'Milk Splash Dash' challenge encouraged engagement and lead capture amongst visiting brokers.

  1. BFree at Allergy & Free From

An exhibition stand. On the left hand side is a large counter with market awning above it. Boxes and tote bags are displayed on the wall. On the right hand side are two armchairs and a neon sign that says 'Bfree Foodie'. At the top of the stand is a large header with 'Bfree' written on it, and photos of pizza.

BFree made a big impact at the Allergy & Free From Show, with a distinctive stand that blended brand, product, community building and gamification.

  1. Age UK Norwich 80th birthday event

A large freestanding sign that says 'age UK Norwich'. Behind it is a blank family tree on a wall, as well as a wall reading 'Our Impact' with a TV underneath.

2025 was the 80th birthday of Age UK Norwich. To help them mark the occasion, we sponsored the design and creation of an interactive history exhibition. The event was a big success with significant reach, engagement, and media attention. Plus, it helped Age UK Norwich reach their fundraising target of £80,000 in their 80th year!

  1. Assisi Pet Care at PATS

An exhibition stand with three main towers, all joined by wooden beams. Each tower has a different pet brand displayed on it. At the front of the space is a stack of hay bales.

With PATS moving to the NEC for the first time in 2025, Assisi Pet Care decided to go bigger too - giving their brands more space to shine. The stand included designated brand zones, drawing on props, texture, lighting and more to bring out the distinctiveness of each brand.

Beyond these 10, we've been proud to work on a wide range of creative projects across the year, engaging the expertise of our entire team across consultancy, creative design and production. Take a look at our portfolio to see more.

To all of our extraordinary clients, a huge thank you for being a part of our 2025. We're looking forward to seeing what comes next in 2026!
